It wouldn't be a vault without a secure lock: our servers are secure and your data is encrypted, protected by a unique key that only you know.

Automatically schedule when to back up data: anytime, day or night. Verify and access encrypted data already stored on your remote server. Retrieve and restore your lost data on demand. Track your previous backups, and save bandwidth by only backing up what has changed.

From the moment our client software connects to your vault and the data transmission process begins, no one outside your company can access the compressed, encrypted copy of your data without proper authorization and your unique encryption key.

We're not Big Backup.

Large backup service providers may claim to be secure enough to handle your most sensitive data - but are they structured so you can trust them? And can they hand your data to third parties?

iDV is a small business, serving small businesses. Our clients have the backing and support of certified, vetted technicians based in the United States, committed 24/7/365 to the good working order of your remote server and the security of your files. You will always reach a knowledgeable, friendly human being ready to assist you.

iDV's approach uses a "redundant zero-access" philosophy. Your data is encrypted using standards accredited by the US government before being uploaded to your remote server. Not even our technicians are able to decrypt or access your files. At regular intervals, your data can be optionally archived to a second off-site vault for a contracted length of time. And, whenever you tell us, we will securely destroy your data.
